How it works
Join or start a group
Open the club in Telegram, pick an item, and join a group that is still filling — or start one and share it with your building's chat.
It fills, or it does not
Every group runs on a clock of up to 24 hours. Fill it and the price is locked for everyone in it. If it does not fill in time the group does not go ahead, and you're refunded in full, back the way you paid.
Collect at your baqala, free
Pick it up at the partner grocery you chose at checkout. Your order carries its own collection window, fixed when you order and printed on your ticket — it does not move afterwards.
In a hurry? Every item can also be bought on its own, and you still will not pay more than the shelf.
What you can count on
The price you join at is the price you pay
Your amount is fixed the moment you join. If the group price moves afterwards — up or down — your order does not change, and neither does the pickup window you were given.
Free pickup at a partner baqala
Deira and Karama today — the grocery you already walk past. There is no delivery fee, because collection is the model rather than an upsell.
