Terms of sale

You pay the group price when you start or join a group. A group has 24 hours to fill, or less if its shipment closes sooner; the timer on the page shows how long is left.

If the group fills, your pack is ordered for you. If it does not fill in time, there is nothing to collect and you are refunded in full, back the way you paid.

“Buy solo” is the higher price, with no group to wait for.

Some produce is shipped from the farm only once enough people have paid for it. The page says when the pre-order closes. If it does not reach the farm's minimum by then, the shipment does not go ahead and you are refunded in full, back the way you paid, within 3 working days of the close. Checkout shows you the exact date before you pay.

You can pay by Aani from your bank app, by card or Apple Pay through Telegram, or straight from your bank where checkout offers it. Your order is confirmed once the payment has arrived. Prices are in UAE dirhams.

A refund goes back the way you paid. A card refund goes to your card, and your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 days. An Aani or bank payment goes back to the account it came from. We message you in Telegram when it has been sent.

Collect it from the baqala you chose, in the time shown on your ticket, and show the host your ticket. If you cannot make it, message us in the Best Price Club chat before your time ends.

Open your pack at the baqala before you leave. If the produce is bad, show the host: they record it on the spot, and you are refunded in full, back the way you paid.

Message us in Telegram, in the Best Price Club chat. We read your message and reply there.

We give them a new version and date. Checkout says that paying is agreeing to the terms on this page, and we record which version, and when, with your payment. An order you already paid for keeps the terms you agreed to.
